What are your shipping lead times?

We Ship Worldwide (Select Locations Unavailable)

Free Shipping on all US orders (exclusions may apply).
Please allow 3-7 business days after placing your order for processing and shipping.
If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification, we will contact you.
Please contact Customer Service at support@loveliverepeatclothing.com if you need any additional information about your order.
Taxes and Duties for international shipping may vary depending on the country and should be paid by the customer.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.

How do I cancel my order?

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@loveliverepeatclothing.com or visit our Returns Portal by clicking here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I exchange my order?

Currently, we do not accept exchanges. Returns only. 

Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?

This is dependent on the present worldly events at the time of your order. We will research the tracking of your order to provide you with as much information as is available to us.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Currently we do not. If your order does happen to pass through our system this will lead to delays and cancellation of your order. 

Why am I being charged additional taxes or fees at checkout?

Our prices do not include taxes and duties. VAT or other applicable taxes based on the country you are shopping from/shipping to are added once you enter your address at checkout.

How do I return a gift? 

We are happy to return gifted items purchased online for store credit. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with the original tags attached. Please reach out to customer service with the Order Number of the original purchaser if you’d like to initiate a return.

What can you tell us about your goods sourced from China?

We are aware of the child labor issue taking place in China and do our research prior to carrying products from China. We avoid products made in the provinces of China that are known and have high potential risk of child labor practices. Our other products sourced from countries outside of the US and China have an ethically sourced guarantee from our Manufacturer. If evidence is ever provided to show otherwise we will remove products from our site immediately as it goes against our company policy and values.
